Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply when you use the GEOmonitorai website, free tools, audits and monitoring services ("Services"). GEOmonitorai is operated by VALTARIQ ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. A separate written agreement with you, if any, takes priority over these terms.
1. The Services
GEOmonitorai provides AI visibility monitoring: analysis of AI crawler activity from website logs, related analytics, audits and reports. Free tools on our website, such as the robots.txt checker, are provided for information only.
2. No guarantee of results
AI assistants and search engines decide independently what they show and recommend. We do not guarantee that any AI platform or search engine will crawl, index, mention, rank or recommend your website or company. Our reports describe what the data shows and suggest improvements.
3. Your responsibilities
When you use our monitoring services, you confirm that:
- you own or are authorized to manage the website and servers you connect
- you have the right to share the website's access logs and analytics with us, including any notice or consent required by laws that apply to you and your visitors
- the information you give us is accurate
You are responsible for changes you make to your own website, server, robots.txt or firewall, including changes based on our recommendations.
4. Installing our software
Our tracking script and log collector are designed to read data, not to change your website. You can stop and remove them at any time. Install them only on systems you control, following our instructions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- monitor websites you are not authorized to manage
- interfere with or attempt to break the security of our systems
- resell or redistribute the Services without our written permission
- break any law
We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
6. Fees
Free audits are provided at no charge, limited to one website per company unless we agree otherwise. Paid services are priced in a separate quote or agreement.
7. Intellectual property
You keep all rights to your website content and data. Reports we prepare for you are yours to use within your organization. Our software, website and materials remain ours or our licensors'. Parts of our platform are built on open-source software, which remains under its own licenses.
8. Data protection
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim.
10. Ending the Services
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may stop providing a free service with reasonable notice. When the Services end, you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
